r-PET:

RECYCLED

PLASTIC

SUSTAINABILITY IS ALSO OFFERING PRODUCTS MADE FROM RECYCLED POLYMERS

Used in the same way as virgin polymer, with which it is mixed according to demand, R-PET integrates perfectly into the production cycle of preform moulding. It meets all the requirements and quality standards necessary for use in the food, detergents and personal care sectors.

R-PET is the most innovative and requested solution for the manufacture of sustainable products which are completely comparable to traditional PET objects by way of advantages and technical characteristics, but which have a lower impact on the environment and on nature.

Through the use of R-PET, it is possible to enjoy a product that would otherwise become refuse, a product at the end of its life cycle. Valgroup recycles PET in order to create a circular economy where materials take on a new life and enter the market once more.

R-PET is recyclable as well as recycled, and eliminates the need for virgin materials. It drastically reduces CO2 emissions and lowers the carbon footprint by up to 16%.

SUSTAINABLE

It allows for the creation of products with the same features and advantages as traditional plastic materials, all while respecting the environment.

INNOVATIVE

Thanks to the technological evolution of the sector, it is possible to use it in different sectors, creating the preconditions for the development of more environmentally-friendly international regulations.

RECYCLABLE

It is a revolutionary material which, apart from being recycled, can continue to be 100% recycled, representing an indisputable benefit for the planet.

IT REDUCES THE PRODUCTION OF VIRGIN POLYMER

There is less need for virgin materials, bringing a significant reduction in energy consumption and carbon footprint.

LOWER CO2 EMISSIONS

The use of recycled PET products obtained from recovery processes translates into a significant reduction in CO2 emissions. Recycling 1 kg of R-PET is equivalent to reducing emissions by 3 kg.

CIRCULAR ECONOMY

Instead of becoming refuse, products are transformed into secondary raw materials and put back on the market to drastically reduce the amount of refuse in landfill.
